Here are some of my tips to effectively adapting to change and guide your teams forward:ġ) Always have a plan B - Don’t get too attached to a single strategy (especially in China)Ģ) Don’t think, just do - The quicker we react and move forward, the less time we spent analysing and feeling paralysed with fear and stress. As leaders, we need to be flexible towards change and view disruption as a challenge rather than a threat. ![]() The past 3 years of Covid and living/working in China has further demonstrated the importance of adaptabilty. ![]() When change happens, we may feel out of control and uncomfortable, especially when we aren’t the ones driving the change. We live in a world with constant changes. Whenever a candidate asks me what it takes to work in my team or what I’m looking for during an interview, adaptability (the ability to quickly and successfully embrace change and adapt effectively in response) is often my top answer. ![]()
